These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck44apps website, mobile web platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform ("Services"). 1.1 Binding Nature of These Terms

1.4 Updates to These Terms

ck44apps reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of ck44apps following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ck44apps and to access any of the Services. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. ck44apps takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request government-issued proof of age (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Access

If ck44apps determines or reasonably suspects that a registered account is held by an individual under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned where practicable, and any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited in full. ck44apps will not accept any claim for winnings generated by an underage player under any circumstances.

2.4 Verification Obligations

ck44apps may at any time request documentary evidence to verify that eligibility conditions are met. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in account suspension until verification is complete. ck44apps will not process withdrawal requests from accounts with outstanding verification requirements.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on ck44apps, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or deliberately incorrect personal details when registering. ck44apps reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on ck44apps. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ck44apps reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses credited across those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated while duplicate accounts were active, pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck44apps login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck44apps will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ck44apps customer support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck44apps operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its player protection and anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at the time of registration, at specific deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at ck44apps's discretion. During KYC verification, you may be required to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 3 months)

Deposits are typically credited to your ck44apps account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. ck44apps does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (same-source rule).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your ck44apps account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms at the time of activation. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Wagering progress is tracked in your account dashboard and updates in real time as eligible bets are placed.

5.3 Eligible Games and Bet Types

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked toward wagering. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: wagering on opposite outcomes to guarantee a mathematical profit (bonus arbitrage), using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other conduct that ck44apps determines is designed to exploit the bonus system rather than to engage in genuine recreational play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

5.6 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet restriction applies. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, you must not place a single bet exceeding ৳1,000 (or the equivalent in game stakes) while wagering with bonus funds. Bets placed in excess of the maximum limit during active bonus wagering may be voided and the associated bonus forfeited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and binding on ck44apps once it has been confirmed by our system and a confirmation reference is issued to your account. 6.3 Bet Settlement

For casino games, the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of game completion is final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a player's screen and what is recorded by the server, the server record prevails.

6.4 Void Bets

ck44apps reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a system or human error (palpable error rule)
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned without a result
• There is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including during a system outage or in exploitation of a technical error

Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on voided bets regardless of the outcome.

6.5 Responsible Use of Gaming Features

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck44apps and constitute a material breach of these Terms. ck44apps reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — upon detection of any prohibited activity:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Registering or operating more than one account on ck44apps
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way, including to place bets, spin slots, or navigate the interface
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any live game or sporting event
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports integrity violations in connection with bets placed on ck44apps
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds for gambling
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck44apps staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access restricted parts of the ck44apps platform, including administrative interfaces or other players' accounts

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where ck44apps determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed and cancel all pending withdrawals; forfeit all balances held in the account, including deposited funds where those funds are associated with fraudulent activity; share relevant information with law enforcement, financial institutions, and other gaming operators as appropriate. ck44apps will not be liable to any player whose account is closed under this provision for any losses, including loss of bonus funds or expected winnings.

7.3 Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you become aware of any suspicious activity on ck44apps — including suspected match-fixing, bot usage by other players, or exploitation of system errors — we encourage you to report it to our customer support team. 8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You have the right to close your ck44apps account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, ck44apps will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension

ck44apps reserves the right to suspend a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

8.3 Operator-Initiated Permanent Closure

ck44apps reserves the right to permanently close a player account and terminate these Terms where: a player has materially breached these Terms; fraud or prohibited conduct has been confirmed; a player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age; or continued operation of the account poses a legal or compliance risk to ck44apps. In such cases, ck44apps will notify the player via their registered email address, subject to any legal constraints that may prevent disclosure of the specific reason.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period via ck44apps customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, place bets, or access any gaming features. 8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account on ck44apps is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ck44apps will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as specified in the platform fee schedule published on the website at the time the dormancy status is applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved and returned to the player upon verified account reactivation request.
